What This Warranty Covers. DLO(Digital Lifestyle Outfitters)warrants this product againstdefects in materials
and workmanship. This limitedwarranty appliesonly to products manufactured byor for DLO.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover. This warranty doesnot applyto damage caused by: (a) accident, abuse,
misuse, misapplication, ordinarywear, impropermaintenance, failure tofollow instructions,or productsnot man-
ufactured by orfor DLO; and (b)aftermarket services(including upgrades andexpansions).
How Long This Warranty Lasts. This warranty lasts for a periodof ninety (90)days from the date of originalretail
purchase.
What DLO WillDo. If adefect exists, DLOwill exchangethe product,at its option,with a product thatis new or
has beenmanufactured from newor serviceableused parts andthat is atleast functionally equivalent to theorig-
inal product. DLO will warranta replacement productagainst defectsin materials andworkmanship fora period
of ninety(90) days from the date of replacement.
How To Get Service. In order tobe eligiblefor this warranty, you MUST registeryour purchase at
www.dlo.com/registerwithin thirty (30)days of purchasing thisproduct. If you believe that thisproduct isdefec-
tive inmaterials orworkmanship, please e-mailcustomerservice@dlo.com with abrief description ofthe prob-
lem,for further instructions.
No Change To Warranty. No DLO reseller, agentor employeeis authorized tomake anymodification, extension,
or additionto this warranty.
How State LawApplies. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, andyou also may have otherrights that
vary from state to state, or country.
Restrictions OnImplied Warranties. All implied warranties, including, withoutlimitation, warrantiesof mer-
chantability andfitness fora particular purpose,are limited in duration to theduration ofthis warranty. Some
statesdo not allow limitations onhow longan implied warranty lasts, sothe abovelimitation may notapply to
you.
Restrictions OnDamages. DLO is not responsible for direct,special, incidental orconsequential damagesresult-
ing from any breach ofwarranty or condition or underany other legal theory (including,without limitation,lost
profits;downtime; goodwill; damageto or replacement ofequipment and property; failure tomaintain the confi-
dentiality ofdata stored on theproduct; andany costsof recovering, reprogramming orreproducingany program
or datastoredin or usedwith productsmanufactured byor forDLO). Some states andcountries donot allowthe
exclusionor limitation ofincidental orconsequential damages, sothe abovelimitation or exclusion maynot apply
