Dolby Digital Setup
The Dolby Digital options allow you to choose the way
the stereo signal is mixed.
Dual Mono
The audio out description of these selections is shown in
the table below. The default is Stereo.

Dynamic Range
This function allows you to alter the dynamic range
compression of the sound output. High volume outputs
(gunfire, explosions) are softened enabling you to watch
your favorite movie without disturbing others.
The default is OFF.

Customizing the Function Settings
Speaker Setup
This menu gives you the option of sending either the left
and right stereo channels as a single audio output (LT/
RT) or the normal stereo output. Stereo is the default
setting.
If you are connecting your DVD player to a Dolby Pro
Logic decoder via the coaxial output, select the LT/RT
option.
If connecting to a basic stereo audio system select the
Stereo option.
