NOTE: Any external contamination will burn onto the lamp’s surface and
cannot be removed.
The lamp leads can now be connected into the terminal blocks.
Carefully refit the Reflector Box ensuring the Reflectors are clean.
Finally, refit the Hood, noting that the UV Interlock Switch actuator is at the
back of the unit. If the earth wire on the hood was disconnected ensure that
it is re--connected before the hood is replaced.
Removal of the lamps is the reverse of this sequence.
Do not attempt to use other lamps.
Conveyor belt replacement & adjustment
Remove the conveyor ’End Covers’ on the end opposite the ’System
Isolator’ by removing the 4 retaining screws.

Release the belt tension by slackening the tension adjusters using a 10mm
spanner .
Find the belt joiner and remove the pin that connects it together . You may
need to cut the wire with wire cutters.
Pull out the old conveyor belt.
