Computer Name
It display the computer name of the user who is
connecting to the printer.
Contact
Information
When the current user has set his “Contact
Information”, you can see it here. You can contact
with the current user for asking to disconnect the
printer.
Refresh
Refreshes the Print-Server list immediately.
Connect
Allows printer connection to your computer.
Disconnect
Disconnects the selected printer.
Add to “My
Favorite” list
Adds the Print Servers that you frequently use to
the “My Favorite” list.
Auto Release
when idle
time is over xx
minutes (5–255)
To avoid occupying the printer for too long,
you can set up and idle-timeout setting. It is
used to disconnect the current connection
after the printer is idle for a specified period
of time. By default, there is no timeout setting.
We recommend that you enable the idle-timeout
setting after the printer and Print Server are
installed completely so that the printer resource
will not be occupied easily.
