Why my screen turn black when watching a channel?
1. Please check if there’s power in your TV battery. If no, please charge for it.
2. The signal strength is not enough, your TV channel is collecting signal, please
wait for a moment or you can touch the screen to exit.
3. If you cannot exit, please keep pressing power button for more than 3 seconds to
turn it off and then res tart your TV.
4. If it still doesn’t work, please press the Reset key at the back of the machine by
using a ultrathin stick.
