Playing Songs in Random Order
(Intelligent Shue)
The player offers 4 different random modes (also known as shuffle play).

Notes
The play mode automatically switches to the shuffle mode during “Intelligent Shuffle.”
The display does not change to the one you set as “Display Mode” during “Intelligent
Shuffle” (
page 38).
Cover art does not appear during “Intelligent Shuffle.”
Playing your 100 favorite songs in random order (My Favorite Shuffle)
The player selects the 100 songs that have been played the most and plays them
in random order.
Press and hold the /HOME button until the HOME menu appears.
Press the / button to select
(Intelligent Shue), and
then press the button to conrm.
The “Intelligent Shuffle” mode menu appears.
Press the / button to select “My Favorite Shue,” and then
press the button to conrm.
The 100 songs played the most are shuffled, and playback starts.
