The data may be damaged.
De
lete the data that cannot be transferred from your computer, then import it to
your computer again. When importing data to your computer or transferring
data to the player, close any other applications to avoid data damage.

u may be attempting to transfer a file that is not in a playable format.

160). You may not transfer a file depending on the file
specification.

lete unnecessary data.

u are trying to transfer .m4a, .mp4, .3gp or .m4v files on a computer that already
has Windows Media Player 10 installed.

be transferred. Transfer back data that cannot be played on the player to the

Cannot return a song on the player to the computer.

u may attempt return a song to a computer that was not used to transfer the song
to the player.
If y
ou transfer a song from a computer to the player by using software, you
cannot return the song to another computer. Return the song to the computer
from which you transferred the song to the player. If you cannot return the song
to the computer and intend to delete the song, use software to select and delete it.
Yo
u may have deleted the song on the computer from which you transferred the
song to the player.
If y
ou delete the song on the computer from which you transferred the song to
the player, you cannot return the song to the computer.
The player becomes unstable while it is connected to the computer.
A USB h
ub or USB extension cable is being used.
Co
nnecting the player via a USB hub or extension cable may not work. Connect
the player directly to your computer using the supplied USB cable.
Folders cannot be renamed or deleted.
