Date and time settings
Set the current time and date.
Scroll to a unit and press [a] to change the time or date. To
save the time and date, press [o].

Enter personal information, such as your name and
birthday.
Note
Your name will be displayed on the screen
when your player is turned on. On your
birthday, the message "Happy birthday" will
be displayed.
Sleep
Set to automatically turn off your player after a
specified period of time.

Library
Update
Update the file library. Use this option after changing
the language to display the contents (select
<Settings> → <Language> → <Contents Language>)
when file names do not display correctly in your player.
Default Set Restore all settings to the factory settings.
Format
Delete all data and files stored in your player.
Note
Remember to make backup copies of all
important data stored in your player. The
manufacturer’s warranty does not cover loss of
data that results from your use of the player.
