olkAudio, Inc. warrants theoriginalpurchaser only thatthis

olkAudioDXiSubwoofersProduct (the Product) willbe free
from defectsin materialsand workmanship fora periodof
(1)one yearfromthedate of originalretailpurchase from
a PolkAudioAuthorizedDealer.However, thiswarranty will
automatically terminatepriorto theexpiration ofthe (1) one

earperiod ifthe originalretailpurchaser sells or otherwise

ransfersthe Productto any otherparty.Theoriginalretail

urchasershallherein after be referredto as“you.” To allow
Polk Audio to offer thebestpossiblewarrantyservice, please
fill outthe ProductRegistrationCard(s) andsendthemto the
Factory at theaddressprovidedin the RegistrationCard
within(10)ten daysof thedate of purchase.
DefectiveProducts mustbe shipped,together with aproofof
purchase,prepaidinsuredto the AuthorizedPolkAudio Dealer
from whomyoupurchasedtheProduct,or to1 Viper Way,
Vista, California 92081. Products mustbe shippedin the
originalshippingcontainer orits equivalent;in anycase
theriskof lossor damage in transitis to be borne by you.
If,uponexam-ination at theFactoryor PolkAudioAuthorized
Dealerit isdeterminedthatthe unitwasdefective in materials
orworkmanshipat any timeduringthe Warranty period,
Polk Audio or thePolkAudioDealer will, at itsoption,repair
orreplace this Productat noadditionalcharge,exceptas set
forthbelow. AllreplacedpartsandProductsbecome property
ofPolk Audio.Productsreplaced or repaired under this
Warrantywillbe returnedto you,within areasonable
time,freightprepaid.

hisWarranty doesnot includeserviceor parts to repair

amagecaused by accident,disaster, misuse,abuse,
negligence,inad-equatepackingor shippingprocedures,
commercial use,voltageinputsin excessof theratedmaxi-
mumof the unit,cosmeticappearanceof the cabinetrynot
directlyattributable to defectsin materialsor workmanship,

r service, repair,or modificationsof theProduct which

asnot beenauthorizedor approvedby PolkAudio.

hisWarranty is in lieuof all other expressedWarranties.

f thisProductis defective in materialsand workmanshipas
warrantedabove,your soleremedyshallbe repair or replace-
ment as provided above.In noevent willPolkAudio, Inc.be
liableto youfor any incidentalor consequentialdamages
arising outof the useor inabilityto usethe Product, even
ifPolk Audio,Inc.or aPolk Audio Dealerhas beenadvised
ofthe possibility of suchdamages, or anyotherclaimby any
otherparty. Somestates do notallowtheexclusionor
limitation of consequentialdamages, so theabovelimitation
andexclusionmay not apply to you. ThisWarrantygives you
specificlegalrights which mayvaryfromstateto state.
This warranty appliesonlyto Products purchasedin the United
Statesof America, itspossessions, andU.S. andNATOarmed
forcesexchangesand audioclubs.The Warranty terms and
conditions applicableto Products purchasedin othercountries
areavailablefrom thePolkAudioAuthorizedDistributors
insuch countries.
