switch ❶ to the AM or FM position,
select a radio station and make sure
the VOLUME ❷ is set as desired.

Slide the Alarm switch ❶ to the AL1,
AL2 or 1+2 position and the ALARM
MODE switch ❷ to the AUTO position
and make sure the power is off. When
the actual time matches the selected
preset alarm time(s), the unit
automatically turns on.

TO SET THE ALARM TO WAKE TO RADIO
Set the alarm time as previously
instructed. Slide the FUNCTION
switch ❶ to the CD position, insert a
CD and make sure the VOLUME ❷ is
set as desired. You can set the unit to
wake up to a CD program, see page
10, “TO PROGRAM THE MEMORY”.

CD program, make sure the PROGRAM
indicator is lit before turning off the
power.) When the actual time matches
the selected preset alarm time(s), the
unit automatically turns on for 59 minutes
and then shuts off.

TO SET THE ALARM TO WAKE TO CD
WAKING TO A CD OR CD PROGRAM
When waking to a CD or CD program, the unit will play back the tracks on the CD
or the programmed tracks, then it will stop. If the CD or programmed total time is
more than 59 minutes, it will only play back for 59 minutes and then stop.
