Press the MENU/Lock button 1; the Main
menu will appear. Scroll to Settings by
pushing the Navigation control towards ▲ or
▼ 2, then press the Navigation control 2.

Scroll to Backlight by pushing the
Navigation control towards
▲ or ▼, then
press the Navigation control.

Push the Navigation control towards ▲ or
▼ to select the desired backlight time (time
the backlight will stay on after a button is
pressed–Off, 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 10
seconds or Always On), then press the
Navigation control.

Push the Navigation control towards √/m
twice to exit the menus.
NOTE: You can also press the MENU/Lock
button twice to exit and return to the Music
Player menu.
