selected, or the COM port is selected but the
connection is wrong.

Ⅵ Connect the devices correctly and turn them on

value you set differs from the original by over 25
frames.

ⅷ Because the DV-format digital camcorder uses the
drop frame system, inputting frame 00 and 01 is
impossible.
