PROGRAM PLAY MODE
This function allows music tracks to be played in a programmed sequence.
NOTE: Program can only be set in STOP mode.
1. Press the PROGRAM BUTTON once. Program No. 01 will appear briefly then change to “00” in the LCD
DISPLAY and blink together the PROGRAM INDICATOR, “PROG”.
2. Press the SKIP FORWARD "►► / ►►|" or SKIP BACKWARD "◄◄ / |◄◄" BUTTON to select the
track to be programmed.
3. Press the PROGRAM BUTTON again to store the selection. Program No. 02 will appear briefly then
change to “00” in the LCD DISPLAY and blink together the PROGRAM INDICATOR, “PROG” to prompt
for the next input. You may repeat steps #2 to #3
to program up to 20 tracks.
4. Press ►/II BUTTON to complete and start program play. Press to stop. To resume program play,
press the PROGRAM BUTTON followed by the ►/II BUTTON.
5. Normally all the programmed tracks will be played through once and then stop. However, you may use
the REPEAT function to repeatedly play a certain track (Repeat 1) or all tracks in the program (Repeat
All). You may also tap the SKIP FORWARD "►► / ►►|" BUTTON to go directly to other tracks ahead
or tap the SKIP BACKWARD "◄◄ / |◄◄" BUTTON to go back to previous track(s) during program
play.
6. To view the programmed tracks, in program play stop mode press the PROGRAM BUTTON once. The
LCD DISPLAY will show the Program No. “01” briefly followed by the Track No. of the first programmed
track. Press the PROGRAM BUTTON repeatedly to display the Track No. of the programmed track one
by one.
7. To edit a programmed track, use ""►► / ►►|" BUTTON or "◄◄ / |◄◄" BUTTON to select a new
track and press PROGRAM BUTTON to confirm. To skip forward, press PROGRAM BUTTON until
you reach the program number whose track you want to change.
8. To cancel program play, slide the FUNCTION switch to AM, FM or AUX IN position or simply open the
CD DOOR in stop mode.
9. To turn the CD Player off, slide the FUNCTION SWITCH to “AUX IN”. The LCD backlight goes off.
AUX IN OPERATION
This CD Player provides the AUX IN JACK to enjoy your iPod, MP3 player music.
1. Slide the FUNCTION SWITCH to the AUX IN position.
2. Connect the headphone jack of your external device and the AUX IN JACK located on the top of this CD
player. (The connection cable is not included.) The CD player is now turned on once the AUX IN jack is
plugged.
3. Start to play your iPod, MP3 player or other audio device.
4. Slowly adjust both the volume controls on your CD player and the external device.
5. Turn off your iPod, MP3 player etc. when finish listening. To turn the CD player off unplug the AUX IN
jack.
Remark: Once the AUX IN jack is plugged, the CD player will be turned on automatically. Remember to
disconnect the connection cable from the CD player after use in order to be able to listen to the RADIO, or
CD player again.
USING HEADPHONES (NOT INCLUDED)
Inserting the plug of your headphones into the STEREO HEADPHONE JACK will enable you to listen to the
external audio source through AUX IN, CD, or radio in private. When using headphones, the speakers will be
automatically disconnected.
