Technical Support
D-Link welcomes all technical support inquiries about our products.
However, D-Link manufactures products for the world market, and not
every country carries every D-Link product. This form is for contacting
technical support serving the United States. We may be unable to answer
questions about products which are not carried in the United States. If you
are a D-Link customer outside the United States and Canada, please visit
D-Link "International Offices" to receive in-country technical
support services.
D-Link Technical Support hours are 6 a.m to 6 p.m. (PST). We can be
reached by telephone at 949-788-0805, by e-mail at
ustech@dlink.com, or with the form below.
If your product was purchased through D-Link Shop (www.d -
linkshop.com) within 30 days or less, please visit D-Link Shop at
http://www.d-linkshop.com/store.cfm? a=cust. At D-
Link Shop, any questions you have regarding returns, shipping, or billing,
will be answered.
If you have had the product for more than 30 days, please fill-in the form
below with any technical or warranty questions you may have.
Please provide as much detailed information as possible. This will
minimize the number of e-mail communications between you and D-
Link's Network Engineers and enable them to provide you with an
accurate and timely response.
