Using the Printer Control
Panel
Use the printer control panel to set
the printer defaults (media size/
weight/ type for each tray, feed tray,
etc.) and to print out reports,
including the MenuMap which
provides a list of all printer menu
items and the current settings for
each.
For more information on the printer
menu items, see “Contents of Each
Printer Menu” in the on-line User’s
Guide or check with your System
Administrator.
How to Print the MenuMap
1.
Press the E
NTER
key.
INFORMATION MENU
appears on the display.
2. Press the E
NTER
key.
PRINT MENU MAP
EXECUTE
appears on the display.
3. Press the E
NTER
key to print the
menuMap.
1 Enter Key
Press to enter the menu mode or
to engage a new setting.
2+/– Keys
Press to scroll through the menu
entries.
3Back Key
Press to cancel the selection or to
exit the menu item.
