CD/VCD BASIC OPERATION
Press the STANDBY ON/OFF button on the main
unit/remote to turn on the unit; the STANDBY indicator will
go out and the Backlights will turn on.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the disc tray,
“OPEN” will appear on the screen and in the display. Insert
a disc will the label side facing up on the disc tray.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to close the disc tray.
“LOAD” will appear on the screen and in the display. After
loading, playback will start automatically.

To stop playback, press the Stop (■) button ❶; “PRESS
PLAY TO CONTINUE” will appear on the TV screen.
Because the unit will remember where you stopped, simply
press the Play (
❿) button ❷ to resume playback where you
left off (resuming playback). If the Stop (■) button ❶ is
pressed twice, the unit will stop completely.

Press the number buttons corresponding to the track
number you would like to play
, and the unit will playback the
desired track automatically.

a track to be played.
