Setting up the KOLEKTOR
This chapter explains how to unpack your KOLEKTOR, and how to
set it up with your other hi-fi components.
Unpacking
The KOLEKTOR is supplied complete with the following
accessories:
• The KOLEKTOR handset
• A mains lead
• Mains fuses
• This manual
We recommend you retain the packaging in case you need to
transport the KOLEKTOR at a later date.
WARNING: Do not connect the mains supply until you have
verified that the KOLEKTOR Preamplifier is set to the correct
voltage for your mains supply.
The KOLEKTOR is factory-set for a 230 volts mains supply and must
not be connected to a mains supply before it is adjusted for your
local voltage, and fitted with the appropriate fuses. To set the
voltage, slide the voltage selector on the back panel of the unit to
display the correct setting for your country:
• 230V for countries with 230V or 240V supplies.
• 115V for countries with 100V or 115V supplies.
