Self-timer
Self-timer function allows you to take pictures 3 or 10 sec after you press the
shutter release button all the way down.

Taking Still Pictures

Set the duration of self-timer. See page 40.

Press on the four-way button to start
self-timer function and / icon appears
on the LCD monitor.

Put the camera on the flat and steady place
or use a tripod.

After locking the focus and pressing the
shutter release button all the way down, the
self-timer lamp blinks slowly first and then
quickly for 3 or 10 sec.

The camera takes the picture automatically.
Note: The self-timer function goes back to default
(Off) after taking a picture.
