Question About Sylvania MP3 Player None
Wont turn on...

I just got my Sylvania SMPK8854. The light goes on when I plug it into the charger and computer, but when I take it out I cant turn it back on. I've held the play button, switched the lock button back and forth. When it's in the charger the battery icon is entirely green. I've only had the product for a day. What is wrong?
