I had lost my curtis mp3 player (MP13UK 2GB) in my office so had not used it for some time. Having started cleaning my office I found it and have tried to charge the battery but having charged it for about 4 hours I have found it will not go. There is no LED light coming on when the player is disconnected from being charged and the power is turned on with the earphones for use. Could you please tell me what the problem may be ?
