Setting Clock Time and Calendar
1. Depending on the Daylight Saving Time (DST) status in your location, switch the DST Switch to +1 or -1 to add
or subtract 1 hour to the current time. When the DST switch is set to +1, the DST Icon will appear on the lower
right of the time display.
2. To adjust the time, press and hold the Time Set Button until the display flashes.

Press the >> Button or << Button to adjust the time (press and hold to adjust rapidly). REMEMBER to set the
correct AM or PM. An icon in the upper right corner of the time digits is the PM indicator; there is no AM indicator.
4. Press the Time Set Button again to set the current year. Press the >> Button or << Button to adjust the year
(press and hold the buttons for rapid adjustment).
5. Press the Time Set Button again to set the current date. Press the >> Button or << Button to adjust the date
(press and hold the buttons for rapid adjustment).
6. Press the Time Set Button again to return to normal mode.
Listening to Compact Discs
1. Open the CD player door by pulling down the front panel from right hand side.
2. Place a disc on the CD spindle with the printed side facing up, then close the CD player door.
3. Press the Play/Pause Button. The CD will begin to play and the CD icon located on the lower left corner will
appear along with the current CD track number.
4. Press the Play/Pause Button during play if you wish to Pause play. The CD icon will flash. Press the Play/Pause
Button again to continue play.
5. Rotate the Volume Dial during play to adjust the volume level.
6. When you are finished listening, press the Power On/Off/Alarm Reset Button to stop play.
High Speed Music Search
Press and hold the >> or << Button to search for specific musical passages. When you find the passage you
are searching for, release the button. High speed search must be done while a track is playing.
Skip Tracks
1. Press the >> Button to skip to the beginning of the next track.
2. Press the << Button to skip back to the beginning of the track that is playing. Press the << Button again
to skip to the beginning of the previous track.
