Revox meets Zumtobel
For decades, Revox has been characterised by more than just
the development of audio components with excellent sound
qualities. They have also developed innovative ways of inte-
grating these components into buildings to create exclusive
living ambiences. With two new speakers from the Re:sound
I series, the developers have taken a further signifi cant
step: high-quality speakers with excellent sound can now
be integrated into the elegant housings from the European
property lighting specialists, Zumtobel.
To look at and to listen to
This symbiosis of light and sound has been achieved with
the 2LIGHT and 2LIGHT MINI light range from Zumtobel.
Equipped with Revox speakers, the majestic downlight system
still gives a pleasingly uncluttered look to the ceiling and
fl oods each room with an atmospheric, brilliant light. The Z40
or Z60 speakers fi t seamlessly into the 2LIGHT range.
The result is effectively a concealed sound solution, which
nevertheless, delivers incredible power in terms of the
richness and complexity of the sound.
Spatial sound in the smallest space
With its newly conceived 40 watt broadband speaker and
at only 127 x 127 mm, the Z40 already offers a strikingly
differentiated sound experience for the Zumtobel 2LIGHT MINI
system. Complemented by a fl exible subwoofer positioned
in the room, the extremely compact sound-converters satisfy
even the most demanding requirements. The signifi cantly
more generously proportioned housing of the 2LIGHT product
correspondingly offers substantially more capacity for the
fi ne Revox sound. Designed as 2-way speakers that pack 60
watts of power, the Z60 speakers produce a fascinating,
powerful and warm sound picture.
