Setting the time
• We recommend adjusting the time regularly to
maintain accuracy. (Monthly accuracy ±60 seconds)
When you play a CD or the radio, the display changes
but the time is displayed again after about 10 seconds.
Press and hold until the hour display flashes.
Example: Set to 3:30 PM (15:30) ( “- - : - - ” is displayed before the time has been set.)

Storing your favorite stations in the memory
When listening to the radio on a train or
inside a building, reception may be poor.
Try and listen beside a window.

• Weather Radio broadcasts warnings, watches,
forecasts and other information 24 hours a day on 7
VHF band frequencies (162.40 MHz to 162.55 MHz)
in the U.S. and Canada, with each frequency serving
specific areas.
