iPod does not
dock properly
Using an incorrect iPod
bracket
• Ensure the iPod bracket is the
proper one for your model of iPod
iPod is not installed on
the connector properly
• Remove your iPod from the dock
and check for any obstruction on
the connectors in the dock and
on your iPod, then re-seat it in
the dock
iPod does not
respond to
the unit when
docked
iPod is not installed on
