Problem Solution
My iPod is in the dock and
playing, but I can't hear any
music.
• Make sure that the speakers are turned
on. When the speakers are turned on,
the power LED lights red.
• Adjust the volume level on the speakers
using the volume buttons.
• Adjust the volume from the iPod
controls.
• Turn off the Sound Check feature on
your iPod.
• Make sure that batteries are installed
and have a charge, or make sure that
the AC adapter is connected to the
speaker system and an power outlet.
There isn't an adapter for my
iPod.
• If you have a newer iPod, use the
universal dock adapter that came with
your iPod when you purchased it.
