WhatThisWarrantyCovers. DLO(DigitalLifestyleOutfitters)warrantsthisproductagainstdefectsinmaterials
andworkmanship. ThislimitedwarrantyappliesonlytoproductsmanufacturedbyorforDLO.
WhatThisWarrantyDoesNotCover. Thiswarrantydoesnotapplytodamagecausedby: (a)accident,abuse,
misuse,misapplication,ordinarywear,impropermaintenance,failuretofollowinstructions,orproductsnotman-
ufacturedbyorforDLO;and(b)aftermarketservices(includingupgradesandexpansions).
HowLongThisWarrantyLasts. Thiswarrantylastsforaperiodofninety(90)daysfromthedateoforiginalretail
purchase.
WhatDLOWillDo. Ifadefectexists,DLOwillexchangetheproduct,atitsoption,withaproductthatisnewor
hasbeenmanufacturedfromneworserviceableusedpartsandthatisatleastfunctionallyequivalenttotheorig-
inalproduct.DLOwillwarrantareplacementproductagainstdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiod
ofninety(90)daysfromthedateofreplacement.
HowToGetService. Inordertobeeligibleforthiswarranty,youMUSTregisteryourpurchaseat
www.dlo.com/registerwithinthirty(30)daysofpurchasingthisproduct. Ifyoubelievethatthisproductisdefec-
tiveinmaterialsorworkmanship,pleasee-mailcustomerservice@dlo.comwithabriefdescriptionoftheprob-
lem,forfurtherinstructions.
NoChangeToWarranty. NoDLOreseller,agentoremployeeisauthorizedtomakeanymodification,extension,
oradditiontothiswarranty.
HowStateLawApplies. Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoualsomayhaveotherrightsthatvary
fromstatetostate,orcountry.
RestrictionsOnImpliedWarranties. Allimpliedwarranties,including,withoutlimitation,warrantiesofmer-
chantabilityandfitnessforaparticularpurpose,arelimitedindurationtothedurationofthiswarranty. Some
statesdonotallowlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabovelimitationmaynotapplyto
you.
RestrictionsOnDamages. DLOisnotresponsiblefordirect,special,incidentalorconsequentialdamagesresult-
ingfromanybreachofwarrantyorconditionorunderanyotherlegaltheory(including,withoutlimitation,lost
profits;downtime;goodwill;damagetoorreplacementofequipmentandproperty;failuretomaintaintheconfi-
dentialityofdatastoredontheproduct;andanycostsofrecovering,reprogrammingorreproducinganyprogram
ordatastoredinorusedwithproductsmanufacturedbyorforDLO). Somestatesandcountriesdonotallowthe
exclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,sotheabovelimitationorexclusionmaynotapply
toyou.
