Replacing the battery
The battery should be replaced when:
The battery status indicator is yellow when
manually checking the battery charge level
following a consistent 10 hour charge cycle.
The period of battery operation noticeably
decreases.
For replacement batteries, contact the Bose
organization in your country/region.

Poor sound quality
from a Bluetooth
®
device – cont.
Try unpairing your Bluetooth device from the SoundLink
®
Mobile speaker II and then
re-pairing the two. This action can possibly clear issues that might have occurred
during initial device pairing.
Turn the SoundLink
®
Mobile speaker II off and back on.
Reset the SoundLink
®
Mobile speaker II: Press the mute button for 10 seconds. Your
Bluetooth device is disconnected and the SoundLink
®
Mobile speaker II turns off.
Then press Power to turn the SoundLink
®
Mobile speaker II back on.
Check for updated software for your Bluetooth device, or check owners.Bose.com for
software updates to the SoundLink
®
Mobile speaker II.
No audio from the
AUX source
Make sure your connected device is on and playing.
Press the AUX button and check that the AUX source indicator is on.
Make sure the 3.5 mm plug is fully inserted into the SoundLink
®
Mobile speaker II.
Increase the volume level on the device.
Increase the SoundLink
®
Mobile speaker II volume.
