Retune TV...

I can not retune me wharfedale DTV when I press menu it goes to input sourse, language, txt lang, txt east/west, blue screen display, reset, child lock I tried to go to reset but it dose nothing the menu will go no further I am now at a loss as how to retune this TV the Manual does not cover this problem can anyone please help Marg
