retune DTV...

I can not retune me wharfedale DTV when I press menu it goes to input sourse language txt lang txt east/west blue screen display reset child lock I tried to go to reset but it dose nothing the menu will go no further I am now at a loss as hoe to trtune this TV the Manual does not cover this problem can anyone please help Marg
