Lack of volume...

i have just purchased and installed freesat using bushBFSAT01HD through HDMI Cable. Although volume is fine on DTV when switched to HDMI have to put Bush vol ctl to Max and Tv Vol Ctrl to about 80% to get suficient volume. same when using SCART. can anyone help?
