I have a Wharfedale TV with Serial No. J5-06010001...

I have a Wharfedale TV with Serial No. J5-0601000146. I mistakely activated the childlock. I do not have a remote. I cannot de-active the childlock. What can I do to de-activate the childlock. The TV is not allowing me change channels or increase the volume
