Question About Disney Portable DVD Player DP3500-MKY
batteries...

batteries do not hold charge for model DP3500-MKY. Need replacements NI-MH DC 36V x2. Called number on booklet, but Fox does not have them, discontinued or not available. Disney Electronics number is disconnected. Where can I find these batteries. Thank you for your time and consideration of this request. Donna Lee Casey
