Question About Visual Land MP3 Player None

My player has just took a dump. All I can get is a blank red screen and sometimes i can get the music icon to blink and thats it. I have no idea what is going on with the screen. Please help if you can. It seems i might need to figure out some kind of factory rest or maybe a firmware install.
