i've been using vl-877 player for the past 3 months & it was working OK. for the last 2 to 3 days, i started noticing 'format error' while playing some songs. those same songs played well without any problem, in the past. today, the player suddenly froze, when i wanted to switch it on. there is a blue screen with an hour glass at the center & it stays like that for-ever. used the 'on-off' slide switch. no use. could not find any 'reset' button. i'm out of ideas. any help?
