Question About Visual Land MP3 Player None

I am looking for this manual for a VL 557S-2GB-BLK. I ordered this through the scholastic book orders. My daughter can not find the information that came with it. The mp3 player has stopped working and I cannot get my pc to recognize it. I need to know how to reset the mp3.

1 Try plugging it into the computer. The manual doesn't really say anything in the trouble-shooting area. It's actually turned out to be a not so great purchase so far. I'm NOT impressed!

0 i to also ordered a mp3 player from scholastic... and i'm looking for a mannual to to see how to download movies onto it...!!!
