Question About Visual Land MP3 Player VL-875
I just got it today. I plugged it into my computer...

I just got it today. I plugged it into my computer.... It turned on, but it won't load past the "please wait" screen. I've had it charging all day. I've reset it several time. I can't find anything useful in the info that came with it, and I can't find anything online. Do I need to refund it, or is there a way i can fix it?
