i cant downlad music from my pc onto the product.....

i cant downlad music from my pc onto the product... what should i do?? i had to rebuid my hard drive so i may have lost some drivers and i dont remeber getting one with this product., and if i did i didnt need it b4 i fixed my pc. can you help?
