How Do I Reset My 16GB V-Touch VL-885 MP3 Player?...

I tried to update my Audiolist and it's been stuck on the "Wait a moment..." screen for about an hour. I can't turn it off, and I tried plugging it into my computer and it's still on that screen... i just got it today, and i don't know how to reset it. Please help. Thank you.
