turned it on hit some buttons and it froze up and wont turn off

0 i have the same problem too-seems like it freeze up in any mode and would not let me turn it off. then the battery is low and i have to recharge it.

0 just hit the reset button and it will reset and you wont lose anything. it happened to me too for some reason after i put songs on it from my computer. but has beenw orking fine since.
