Hi All: I would thank you a lot if helping me on this. Received a VL 338, used. (see picture) with no manual in its case. Drag and dropped files successfuly, but as long as I try to charge its battery, it will last for not more than 10 min. I do this, plug VL USB socket into charger socket and connect it to 220 volt. Both red & green charger lights lit permanent. VL screen shows both icons and word "Ready".(For What?) Nothing else happens. Stayed that way for 10 hrs, battery lasted 10 min. No user`s manual. Am I doing something wrong?, ....I guess so ! battery does not seem to be worn out. Tips, help, anyone ? There goes the pic of this device. 0 OK, seems there`s some problem in uploading pics to this page today, anyway hope iot`s not that important if you cant see what the VL 338 looks like. Silver-semi torpedo shaped, round-centre play-stop button, moon-lile little up down buttons, double function "Menu" - "A-B" button on one side. That`s it. One red led one green led on charger...(What worries me more is that both lit together when connected to electricity...OK. Kind Regards from Argentina. Rick

Silver-semi torpedo shaped, round-centre play-stop button, moon-lile little up down buttons, double function "Menu" - "A-B" button on one side. That`s it.
