Who is the actual manufacturer of this player? If ...

Who is the actual manufacturer of this player? If you go to venturer's website and query the model the site returns with not found. It isn't listed anywhere within the sites information including discontinued. I am trying to program a sony RM-Y191 remote control to work and there isn't a manufacturer noted under venturer
