the above handheld, the "BUSY" symbol is constantly on an can not receive or transmitt from it. any way to fix it ?

0 Busy is constantly on was flashing, now just on, have lost manual, as well as letters have come off control. Other party can hear us but we cannot hear reply. Use channel 09. Please help
