My transcend(T.sonic 320) 2 GB was working properly all these days and the computer could recognize it when connected. But yesterday when I connected the mp3 to the computer it said,"found new hardware and it has problem with the driver". When I ejected it out, the usb showed the charging sign even without connection. I can play the usb alone but the power source for recharging is by means of the computer. So could anyone help me solve this problem. The drive is not even shown in the my computer menu.
