I have a Toshiba CF317. The remote has been broken and I am using a universal remote. All is working fine and the TV has one of the best pictures. However I cannot get the TV to receive channels 48-98. These are just regular cable channels and nothing special. I have COX cable and another TV receives them fine without the use of a converter box. All the other channels 2-47 and 93-99 come in great. I do not need the entire manual I just need to know the process to program the TV so that channels 2-99 ALL come in. Can you assist? Richard Hart Rickhart@cox.net
