Question About Toshiba Handheld TV C3000 Series, X3000 Series
How to bring up menu screen...

The TV was hooked up to a converter box and when the box was returned and the tv taken out again for use, channels 49-53 are unavailable, I need to get a menu screen up to get the TV to scan for available channels.
