Clock defaulting to Eastern Time Zone when I'm phy...

Clock defaulting to Eastern Time Zone when I'm physically in Central Time Zone. Able to temporarily set the time manually, but when the clock syncs, it resets to the wrong time zone. How do I force the clock to recognize my true time zone?
