G'day, My name is Matthew. My wife's Thomson 6727 mp3 player shows a "keys Locked" message on the screen, but the lock switch is in the unlocked positon. It doesn't respond when any of the buttons are pushed, and my computer will not recognize the mp3 player when it is plugged in via the usb. She has quite a collection of her favourite songs on it and she doesn't to lose them. Can any one help me with this problem? I would appriciate any help you could give me. Cheers Matthew
