4 The user manual Instructions for the Tecknika MP3 if you have bought from good old Tesco is loaded as a PDF on the MP3. I found it going into the add/Remove area on PC. It tells you to charge up before use for 1.5 hrs at least. I must say I have had no problems with it and have downloaded my albums very easy via the recommended Windows Media. Hope this helps. Very good clear sound for a little cheapy. Ma
