HOW DO YOU GET L BAND...

EVERYWHERE I SEE THIS PRODUCT DESCRIBED IT SAYS IT HAS BAND III AND L BAND. I HAVE ONE HERE IN CANADA AND THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE A WAY TO SCAN L BAND EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE 18 STATIONS
