Actually, this is an answer your staff may want to know. I called last week because my player which I was using in my car with an adapter would not start back up at the place on the cd where it stopped. It was always going back to the beginning. Your staff person did not know why. Later I thought that maybe having batteries in the machine was necessary for it to find the proper place on restarting.
